These terms apply to Saint Augustine Radon Pros and its owner-reviewed request form.

What this website is

Saint Augustine Radon Pros is an independent informational and lead-introduction website. It is not a Florida-certified radon measurement or mitigation business, does not perform regulated radon work, and does not provide medical, legal, engineering or property-specific compliance advice.

Information, sources and decisions

The site translates public guidance into general questions and decision steps. Sources and rules can change, and no page replaces current agency instructions or advice from a qualified professional. A county map, nearby result or page on this site cannot determine a building’s radon concentration.

Requests and introductions

A submission is reviewed by the site owner. It does not guarantee a reply, provider introduction, quote, test, report or appointment. Request data is not automatically shared with contractors. If the owner later proposes an introduction, you decide whether to proceed.

Independent providers

Any introduced provider is an independent business. Before hiring, verify its current Florida certification, insurance, written scope, testing protocol, price, schedule, permit responsibility and warranty. Any agreement is between you and that provider; this website does not control or guarantee its work.

Contact consent

The form checkbox is unticked by default. Agreeing permits an email from Saint Augustine Radon Pros about your request and, only if you voluntarily provide a phone number, an ordinary phone call. It does not authorize automated dialing, prerecorded or artificial voice calls, repeated marketing texts or automatic contractor sharing.

Verification and request status

Cloudflare Turnstile must complete before the form can be accepted. A success page means the private receipt was stored and Cloudflare accepted the owner notification; it does not prove Microsoft 365 inbox delivery. If a status error appears, do not submit a duplicate until you ask contact@staugustineradon.com whether the request was recorded.

Acceptable use

Do not submit another person’s details, sensitive health or payment data, unlawful material, spam, automated requests or content that interferes with the site. Abusive or unverifiable submissions may be rejected or discarded.

Availability and limits

The site and information are provided as available, without a promise that they are uninterrupted or suitable for a particular transaction. To the extent allowed by law, the site owner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on the site or from dealings with an independent provider. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website or its operating model changes. The effective date will be revised. Questions may be sent to contact@staugustineradon.com.
